Our team is the heart of our business. At Prestige United, every nurse is hand-selected and thoroughly vetted to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and compassion. From the moment they join our family, they are supported to provide the best possible care, ensuring that each patient receives the white glove treatment they deserve.

We believe that home is where healing happens and it’s our mission to make that process as smooth and comforting as possible. We help train our Home Health Aides to assist with everything regarding daily living activities and provide continuing education for the specialized care they provide. This support offers peace of mind for both the patients and families. At Prestige United Home Healthcare, we specialize in providing home healthcare services to individuals approved under the EEOICPA and RECA programs. However:

We do not determine eligibility for these federal benefits.
The U.S. Department of Labor is the only entity authorized to review and approve claims.
We are not an Authorized Representative and cannot submit claims on your behalf.

That said, our experienced team is always here to help guide you through the process and connect you with the right resources to explore your eligibility.

Understanding Eligibility for EEOICPA and RECA Benefits

To receive benefits under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) or the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA), individuals must meet specific federal requirements:

You may be eligible if:

You worked at a covered Department of Energy (DOE) site, approved atomic weapons employer (AWE), or a qualified beryllium vendor;
You have been diagnosed with a covered illness related to exposure to radiation, beryllium, or silica while working at a qualified facility;
You are a former uranium miner, miller, or ore transporter and have developed an illness from exposure to toxic substances (e.g., radiation, solvents, acids, heavy metals, and chemicals) during employment at a RECA-approved site.
